Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only accepted in cases of defective products or incorrect orders.

Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.

If the product is unavailable for exchange, the customer may choose a full refund instead.

Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by the store only in cases of confirmed defect or error.
